The Marginal Note is a single half-day. The Annotated Build typically spans six to eight weeks, including the four-week trial period. The Annotated Programme runs over three to six months, depending on the number of workflows in scope.
Processes that involve drafting, summarising, classifying, or responding to text are often good candidates. We look carefully before recommending anything, and we are open about the cases where AI is not yet reliable enough to be trusted.
We treat all organisational information with discretion. Before any engagement begins, we agree in writing on what data will be used, how it will be handled, and who retains ownership. We do not retain client data after an engagement closes.
Yes. Many clients begin with a Marginal Note to see how we work and whether the fit is right. There is no obligation to proceed further, and no discount is forfeited by starting small.
